Essential Job Functions:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific conditions and functional limitations
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities effectively to promote recovery and improve patients' physical well-being
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support throughout the rehabilitation process
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  
  Must Haves:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes

Preferred:

• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy
