We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team!

Our Telemetry is a 27-bed unit caring for primarily Cardiac, Stroke, Renal Failure, and Sepsis patients. This team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4-5. We are all about personal growth and telemetry has opportunities for just that as they have a strong shared governance structure to support clinical practice and professional development. The RN is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manages care of patients.

Must haves:

• 1+ years of RN experience
  
• Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
• Idaho RN license
