Description
Responsibilities: Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives. Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a foc.
Senior Project Manager to:
· Collaborate with ITOD various levels for project delivery across the full lifecycle from blueprint through implementation
· Coordinate solution design, testing, and implementation activities involving Microsoft 365 suite, Identity Access Management, and enterprise IT system migration from a Broader Public Sector organization to ITOD Common Services
· Deliver a cross-organizational project with clusters, ITOD, Broader Public Sector organization and external vendors such as Microsoft
· Facilitate broader public sector engagement at senior management and executive level, represent key stakeholders in project governance committees
· Provide Project artefacts (Project Change Requests, SOW, Service Agreement, Work assessment)
· Deliver Project delivery model and roles & responsibilities reflecting ITOD Federated Model
· Develop and manage project timelines and project financials
· Ensure all parties remain committed to goals & objectives
· Plan for and allocate appropriate resourcing to project
· Create implementation plans and schedules for multiple application operations projects; Manage project risks and status updates; Provide updates to management on status; Manage go-live activities to minimize disruption to business operations
Must-haves:
1. Experience working with Identity Access Management technologies, and federation implementation between Ontario Public Services and Broader Public Sector organizations.
2. Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID, email, SharePoint, and Teams.
3. Expert knowledge in transitioning and migrating Enterprise IT system infrastructure as well as user account domain architecture.
4. Experience facilitating broader public sector engagement at senior management and executive level, representing key stakeholders in project governance committees.
