The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient-centric care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/ or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy.

Must-Haves:

• Associate's Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 2 years - Acute care experience in a medical-surgical or Inpatient setting

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
• National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire.
• 1 year - experience in care management or utilization review in any setting, or successful completion of the TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program
