Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated US Sales Representative to join our team in the pharmaceutical and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to travel, and experience in running and attending trade shows. This role requires an independent, proactive individual located near a major airport for ease of travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage trade shows (30-40 shows per year) including setup, booth management, and lead follow-up.
  • Travel Requirement: 25% Travel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate and promote products to clients and trade show attendees.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) for managing sales processes and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize trade show strategies and sales tactics.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead conversion and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the wellness industry.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, medical cosmetics, or medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage trade show activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), GSuite, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently (25% travel required)

Performance Path:


  • In the First 30 Days:

    • Technical Training: Comprehensive onboarding covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage (HubSpot).
    • Performance Assessment: Initial evaluation of understanding and engagement with training materials; feedback session with management.
  • In the Next 60 Days:

    • Trade Show Aptitude Development: Participate in a minimum of 2 trade shows to gain hands-on experience. Shadow experienced team members to learn booth management and client engagement.
    • Client Engagement Strategy: Develop a personalized outreach strategy for potential clients and present it for feedback.
    • Midpoint Performance Review: Assess progress toward sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • In the Next 90 Days:

    • Enhanced Trade Show Aptitude: Lead at least one trade show, taking full responsibility for booth management and client interaction.
    • Sales Metrics Evaluation: Review client engagement and sales conversion metrics; set individual targets for the next quarter based on performance.
    • Final Performance Assessment: Comprehensive review of performance, including strengths and areas for growth, with the opportunity to discuss long-term career goals within the company.
