Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with foundation representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals and reports.
  • Collaborate with program staff to identify funding needs and align proposals with organizational goals.
  • Monitor grant compliance and ensure adherence to funding requirements.
  • Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and trends in the philanthropic landscape.
  • Represent the organization at meetings and events with prospective donors and partners.
  • Track and report on grant activity and outcomes to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in grant writing and foundation relations.
  • Strong understanding of the funding landscape and philanthropic trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
