Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive grants strategy to secure funding for the organizations programs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with foundation representatives and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals and reports.
- Collaborate with program staff to identify funding needs and align proposals with organizational goals.
- Monitor grant compliance and ensure adherence to funding requirements.
- Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and trends in the philanthropic landscape.
- Represent the organization at meetings and events with prospective donors and partners.
- Track and report on grant activity and outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in grant writing and foundation relations.
- Strong understanding of the funding landscape and philanthropic trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
