Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the performance and development of the virtual assistant team.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and VA concerns.
Ensure alignment of VA activities with client expectations and business goals.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture through effective communication and motivation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing remote teams, preferably in a virtual assistant or client-focused setting.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business, or a related field.
What to Expect:
First 30 days: Understand team dynamics, company tools, and client expectations. Build relationships with VAs and clients.
60 days: Take ownership of team performance monitoring, refine workflows, and implement tailored training plans.
- 90 days: Lead initiatives to optimize VA-client alignment, improve team efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
