Job Description: Sr. Key Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with important clients and will work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the achievement of sales quota and is assigned key objectives/metrics relevant to key accounts. Sales Domain- Candidate must have sales experience into dealing with Govt / PSU / IT ITES clients. Key Account Management & Revenue Generation Strategic account planning and decide on financial targets account wise, performance objectives, account management standards, and critical milestones. Mapping all the key account and building a relationship with key decision makers in these key accounts. Creating a recurring revenue model and achieving the sales growth in existing customers through cross selling and up selling. Encourage the enhancement of relationships with key consumer influencers and develop a stronger understanding of consumer behavior through a deeper analysis of consumer decision-making criteria. Ensure that any developed key account sales strategy is aligned and consistent with the overall volume objectives of the business. Customer Engagement Ensure all the key accounts are mapped and Key account manager are assigned to all key customers. Proactively engaging with customers, doing customer workshop on new technology trends and future needs to create awareness among customers. Proactively talking with customer to understand their business challenges and expansion plans and provide them right technology solutions to overcome challenges and managing the future expansion. Meeting customers on frequent time frame and update them on existing project developments and collection their feedback periodically. Ensuring 100% client satisfaction to create opportunity for repeat business. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals. Collaboration: Working with other cross functional team members from other departments dedicated to the same customer account to ensure the highest quality of services are being provided and all customer needs met. Collaborate with project team in tracking the project milestones, ensuring invoices are raised on time and payment collection is done on time as per delivery milestone. Team Management & Reporting Owing Team building and recruitment of new team members, managing and retaining existing team members. Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client. Conducting training for Account Management team on latest technology trends and solutions so they can extend the offerings to their key accounts. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Ensuring all the details are updated in CRM by team and required reports are shared with senior team on time.
