Responsibilities Include:
-Manages intake of all ad-hoc reporting requests on behalf of HR Employee Solutions
-Identify appropriate next steps in reporting / triage report request (drive users to self self-service, reroute to Data & Analytics or handle within HRES)
-Owning appropriate reporting requests from intake to output
-Understands appropriate data sensitivity and governance
-Partners with Process Optimization team to document reporting requests across all business units
-Partners with Process Optimization team to identify process standards across all business units
-Candidate must have strong Excel skills and data/analytics experience.
Experience with process documentation preferred.
Education: Bachelors Degree
