We excited to represent a very respected and trusted brand in the Western Suburbs and are seeking a mature, Experienced Property Manager to join their family owned and operated Agency.

THE ROLE
You will be instrumental in the following:
- Managing a portfolio of 120 - 150 properties in and around the Western Suburbs
- No BDM, trust accounting or new PCRs (Outsourced)
- Conduct Routine Inspections
- Marketing vacant properties
- Leasing and signing up new tenants
- Routine & Final bond inspections
- Manage property maintenance
- Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
- FREE parking closeby
- Working with Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate
- Additional support with a VA
- Be an integral part of a successful, close knit boutique brand
ABOUT YOU
- Min 2-3 years Property Management experience (End - to - end)
- Current Restricted PM or Unrestricted Real Estate Sales registration
- All CPD points up to date
- Impeccable presentation
- No-nonsense - get on with the job attitude
- Resilient, flexible and strong character
- Capable of working on your own, reporting to directors as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a vibrant, dynamic and friendly personality
- Strong work ethic, responsible and accountable
- Exceptional time management
