We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our client's team. As the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing process for their rental properties, ensuring that vacancies are filled promptly with qualified tenants.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including advertising vacancies, screening potential tenants, conducting viewings, and signing leases.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for both landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the property management industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing activity, vacancy rates, and rental income.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the leasing process.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Valid Property Management Registration in Western Australia
• Up-to-date CPD points
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a supportive and welcoming work environment
