The Role
You will have at least 1-2 years experience and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of end-to-end property management along with a positive, can-do attitude.
This portfolio is of significant importance to the company and consists of around 120 properties NOR and East of the Freeway.
Now lets talk about the office. This is a state-of-the-art facility located in the outer CBD fringe area in close proximity to popular cafes and restaurants. With that said, their recently renovated kitchen and break out facility is simply to die for, so much so that you'll probably decide to relax there, most of the time.
Not only this, you will have amazing leadership and support along with working with a fantastic leasing team.
The company is big on technology so you must be tech savvy.
Typically you will be responsible for the following:
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- End to end property management role
- Using Property Tree on a daily basis
- Daily monitoring of rent arrears
- Manage property maintenance
- Skilful communication with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- With the support of internal assistance, tend to final bond inspections
- No Trust Acc | No Leasing | No BDM | No PCRs (Outsourced)
Skills & Experience
We are looking for the following:
- You must love being in real estate and managing properties
- Professional presentation with a friendly, confident disposition
- You must be able to provide exemplary customer service experience and be trustworthy and transparent in all your dealings
- Be a team player and share in the collective success
Must Have
- At least 1 - 2 years experience running your own portfolio
- Previous experience using Property Tree
- Valid Police Clearance (Willing to obtain)
- Current WA Real Estate License or Sales/Property Management Registration
- Valid drivers license & own vehicle
- CPD points up to date
