Role Overview:

We are looking for organized and resourceful individuals to manage the back-end logistics of destination research and itinerary management. This role is focused on the administrative accuracy of complex schedules, ensuring that every detail—from entry requirements to vendor confirmations—is handled with precision in a fully remote setting.

Core Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Research: Perform deep-dive research into global destinations, focusing on localized logistics, health/safety protocols, and amenity verification.
• Strategic Scheduling: Oversee the development of comprehensive itineraries, coordinating lodging, transit, and specialized activities to meet unique client needs.
• Supplier Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and international operators to secure reservations and manage custom requests.
• Documentation Management: Manage the high-level documentation of all booking data, ensuring records are meticulous and accurate.
