Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring sales target and SOH store stock (OOS Product & ED Product)
2. Monitoring visibility including : regular display, planogram logic placement, also display make up table, backwall, and KV Acrylic.
3. Monitoring secondary display such as End Gondola, Standee, COC.
4. Do visit store, monitoring MCP plan.
5. Maintain good relationship with store crew.
6. Conduct coaching to Beauty Advisor.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Team Leader for Beauty Advisor.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Team Leader in the related field.
- Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
- Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
- Able to work with target and tight deadline
- Willing to Work From Office and mobile (Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
