Our first brand "Somethinc" was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand product knowledge (beauty product). 
  • Provide appropriate information and knowledge regarding product and beauty.
  • Responsible for every comments and questions on TikTok, IG, and WhatsApp official accounts within the determined time range and target.
  • Ensure all comments or questions are replied.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge in beauty is required (skincare/makeup)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates with good knowledge of beauty trends are welcome to apply)
  • Keep up with social media trends
  • Great communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is preferred
  • Willing to work on the weekends/public holidays
