Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Led cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, experiential marketing, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for brand activation and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver successful brand activation campaigns within set parameters.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand activation efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the brand activation team.

Requirements:

    • Has min. 3 years experience in brand activation (experience in beauty would be preferred)
    • Bachelor's degree in management, communication, or any related major.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and branding concepts.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in offline marketing.
    • Hustler, ambitious, structured, creative, self-starter, and sales-striven person.
    • A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills to interpret data and metrics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software is advantageous.
