About the job PR & Community Lead
Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.
Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibility:
PR:
- Draft press releases and prepare information for the media, both independently and with agencies
- Have relationships or connections with various online and offline media
- Understand media tiering classification
- Can carry out CSR activities
- Help clients communicate effectively with the public
- Develop the brand or company name well in the public
- Help and provide regular information on news that is currently viral or trending
Community :
- Build relationships with the community (engage actively)
- Seek input from the community by interacting
- Providing information & increasing brand awareness in the community
- Carrying out activities with the community both offline & online
- Building a social media community
- Making the community a means of building awareness, trialists for other consumers (word of mouth)
Requirements:
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in related field.
- Passionate about the beauty industry.
- Creative, fast learner, team player, and the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
