Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Offline Store Management

    - Oversee day-to-day marketing plan for all our offline stores in Indonesia

    - Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to execute marketing plan for all our offline stores in Indonesia

    - Monitor the marketing campaigns & strategy to optimize traffic and sales performance, and offering insights for continuous improvements and growth for all our offline stores in Indonesia.

  • Brand & Event Activation

    - Plan & execute our in-store brand activation & events, promotional activities, and product launches.

    - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design impactful in-store materials, signage, and product displays.

    - Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners to enhance the impact of activations.

    - Analyze the effectiveness of brand activations through metrics such as customer participation, sales performance, and brand awareness.

        Requirements:

        1. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for beauty, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience in retail marketing and event activation.
        2. Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
        3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
        4. Experienced in retail marketing, brand activation, or event management (experience in beauty industry preferred).
        5. Have an understanding of offline retail environments and customer behavior.
        6. Have project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
        7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both internal teams and external partners.
        8. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights is a plus.
        9. Flexibility to travel for activations and events, as needed.
        10. Contract based 3 Months.
