Responsibilities

  • Manage KOL database, including contact information, profiles, and collaboration history.
  • Help coordinate KOL collaboration, payments, product delivery, and proof of income tax deductions.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks related to KOL collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year of administrative experience (finance, or KOL experience are preferred)
  • Skilled in Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point (with knowledge of basic and frequently used formulas)
  • Quick to adapt and high willingness to learn
  • Able to be resilient and multitask well
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
