Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of Organization Development Strategy. Include planning and developing Career Development Plan, Succession Planning, Competency Mapping, Performance Management System to supports organization goals.
  • Collaborate with superiors to designing organization structure based on company goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with Business Partner in implementing organization changes and its follow up actions.
  • Deep understanding about organization changes, goals and reason of change.
  • Draw & maintain all organization structure documentation (historical and revised documents).
  • Develop, update and maintain Job Description for all positions in the organization according to the new and/or updated Organization Structure.
  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of the new employee orientation program
  • Monitor the internal movement process within the company.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal tool, process and programs including evaluate and analyze performance appraisal results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of working experience in performance management or organizational development.
  • Experienced in structuring a Performance Management System.
  • Solid data analytics skills (MS Excel).
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
