Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description

- Packaging sourcing for new product development and existing item
- Review supplier MOU
- Monitoring cost and negotiation with supplier
- Monthly review supplier performance
- Monitoring sample packaging request

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Proven experience in material sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and contract management principles.
- Familiarity with supplier evaluation methods, risk management techniques, and supply chain best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, procurement software, and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) , Mandarin speakers will be a plus poin
