Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Sell Through, termasuk melakukan rekap, update di Gsheet, pengiriman data melalui email, serta pengisian BRIC.
• Handle claim process seperti screening, filing, update dokumen di GDrive, pengiriman dokumen, dan monitoring berdasarkan area.
• Process incentive submissions (BA, TME, SE, SPV, ASM, Distributor) melalui pengajuan form lengkap via email.
• Manage Loyalty Outlet & Distributor, mencakup pengumpulan dan pengiriman SKP (soft file & fisik), rekap target dan achievement, serta validasi dengan ASM.
• Handle LOA & certificate submissions menggunakan template yang telah ditentukan.
• Compile and distribute DOI data untuk distributor.
• Prepare and send conditional data, termasuk data produk dan NED.
• Conduct registration untuk distributor atau vendor baru melalui email.
• Manage return/refund process, termasuk mapping retur melalui email dan penyelesaiannya.
• Submit mapping Crib dan Replacement BA via email.
• Submit mapping area/outlet coverage distributor melalui email.
• Issue SKP untuk kebutuhan promo lokal. 
• Process tester requests, dengan mengisi kebutuhan pada Gsheet dan mengirimkan email pengajuan. 

Requirements:

• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Admin/Marketing Admin.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan kolaborasi yang baik.
• Mampu dan terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office.
• Dapat bergabung secepatnya (ASAP).
• Penempatan di Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
