Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.
Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze international market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for specific target markets, considering cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
Identify new market entry opportunities and execute strategies for regional expansion. - Maintain and strengthen brand positioning and messaging across all international markets.
- Adapt marketing materials and content to resonate with local audiences while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional teams on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage influencer/KOL partnerships, agency collaborations, and external brand partnerships.
- Create and oversee localized marketing content across advertising, social media, email, and websites.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs.
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other key marketing events.
- Supervise and guide the Social Media Team in Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing, preferably in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industries.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market (online and offline).
- Established connections with KOLs/influencers (mega, micro, nano) and marketing agencies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Creative, agile, and adaptive with an out-of-the-box mindset.
- Experience in managing events and working with key accounts.
- Willing to work full-time at our office.
