Seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering delivery of multiple water and wastewater projects, including advanced treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and sustainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on large municipal projects.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical quality.

  • Coordinate design activities across disciplines and ensure project compliance.

  • Serve as primary technical lead and point of contact for clients.

  • Support business development and manage project changes.

  • Provide technical guidance for complex water and wastewater treatment projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (accredited program).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven track record in managing multi-discipline water and wastewater treatment projects.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
