Responsibilities:

- Prepares complex engineering documents for larger projects.
- Conducts research and recommends equipment/materials.

- Conducts engineering calculations.
- Manages budget, schedule, and quality.
- Applies advanced engineering techniques.
- Reviews lower-level engineering work.
- May lead production teams or coordinate multiple activities.
- Coordinates with internal/external team members on projects.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PLS Cadd.
- Strong written communication and other relevant skills.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and standards.
- Experience in client interaction and relationship-building.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with utility-scale electrical transmission systems and structural design.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- PE License.
