Project Execution

Develop and review complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.

Conduct research and prepare recommendations for equipment and materials.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control across disciplines.

Coordinate and direct production teams while serving as the responsible engineer in charge.
Client Interface

Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and priorities.

Communicate client needs to internal teams and develop effective solutions.

Support business development and pursuit efforts.

Manage project changes in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Technical Leadership

Guide multi-discipline teams to achieve technical and project milestones.

Provide expertise in complex water and wastewater treatment projects.

Drive innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
People Management

Review and guide junior engineers work.

Mentor, coach, and manage team performance.
Preferred Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Experience in consulting engineering.

Proven background managing water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades or expansions.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.).
Work Environment

Hybrid or flexible work options may be available after the initial onboarding period.

Extended computer or desk work may be required.

Occasional travel to client sites.
