Temp - Summer Utility Worker

Qualifications:

Temporary Summer Position

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and sun exposure.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including walking, bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate basic landscaping tools such as mowers and weed-eaters.
• Previous experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license with no major infractions
• Safe work practices

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine grounds maintenance at the Pampa, TX Wastewater Facility, including mowing, weed-eating, and general landscaping upkeep.
• Maintain clean and safe outdoor areas by removing debris, trimming vegetation, and supporting site appearance standards.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and working on-site.
• Support overall facility operations by completing additional duties as needed.
