Qualifications:

ELECTRICIAN II

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related commercial and industrial electrical maintenance experience
  • Varied electrical and mechanical experience
  • Proven understanding of electrical system components and theory
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and equipment drawings
  • Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Trade school or technical program diploma

As an Electrician, you'll join a team of multidisciplinary technical experts, ensuring that our clients can deliver their products and services uninterrupted. We'll give you the tools to become an expert on the electrical systems that support our client's operations and keep their people safe. You'll grow your expertise to help your team succeed in the safe and time-critical operation, maintenance, and repair of mission-essential electrical equipment and components, including low-voltage and medium-voltage systems such as chillers, variable frequency drives (VFD), emergency generators, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), panel boards, branch panels, motor control centers, and related facilities equipment.

You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in our client's state-of-the-art facilities. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of your team and our planet.

Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing, and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoors or outdoors and have loud noise, active machinery, high-pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, airborne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
