Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance within the team.
Group and Corporate Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive group sales and corporate partnerships across all our hospitality venues.
- Identify and pursue high-revenue opportunities with corporate clients, large-scale events, and key industry sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate and group leads to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Partner with marketing to create tailored sales packages and promotional campaigns targeting group and corporate clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a robust sales funnel to track and convert leads efficiently.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
CRM and Technology Integration:
- Design and execute a CRM strategy that leverages AI and cutting-edge tools to optimize customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
- Ensure the sales teams proficiency with CRM tools and continuously seek ways to enhance its utilization.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key sales metrics, generate actionable insights, and deliver regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize data to forecast sales performance and refine strategies for improvement.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent Solutions Group at industry events, fostering new connections and opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and a strong interest in integrating AI into sales processes.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyse data, track KPIs, and drive decisions based on insights.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
