The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-quality pastry production, creativity in dessert development, and the ability to lead and inspire a team within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations
  • Develop and execute high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
  • Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality standards
  • Support menu development and seasonal creations
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen organization
  • Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior pastry role within hospitality or restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
