We are currently looking for a talented and passionate pastry professional to join our growing culinary team. This opportunity is ideal for either an experienced Executive Pastry Chef or a strong Pastry Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-quality pastry production, creativity in dessert development, and the ability to lead and inspire a team within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations
- Develop and execute high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality standards
- Support menu development and seasonal creations
- Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior pastry role within hospitality or restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
