Job Summary:
Define, manage and execute several types of projects for clients in order to maximize client business objectives, manage client expectations, and maintain profitability.
Foster collaboration among a cross-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional business results.
Maintains big-picture strategic and operational thinking balanced by strong attention to detail.
Manage all communications between client and internal team members on a given project.
Provide resourcing recommendations and continuously monitor the effectiveness and bandwidth of the team.
Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams to identify new opportunities to meet clients evolving needs as requires; serves as the subject matter expert on processes, capacity, timelines.
Minimal travel required to client sites.
Background & Technical Skills:
5-7 years of Project Management experience in a digital design environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree of education relevant to the industry.
Industrial Engineer, IT Engineer, Bachelor in computer science, etc.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills.
Experience managing vendors/partners.
The ability to be self-directed and work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
Experience planning usability testing and research.
Experience working in an Agile framework, Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
Having knowledge of the latest trends and tools in the industry are a welcomed addition to the role.
Experience using project management workflow software. Confluence & Jira.
