Job Summary:
- You will be responsible for:
Leading the Salesforce Business Analyst team who are responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Defining team priorities in order to guarantee Salesforce delivery between different projects.
Working closely with internal teams (TA, TLs, Devs, QA, PMs) and clients team to ensure Salesforce Implementation with our customers.
Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes, and functionalities, following best practices.
Identify areas for process improvements.
Ensure best practices and agile methodology.
Background & Technical Skills:
+5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and at least +3 years of experience leading teams.
+4 years of experience in Salesforce Implementations
Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge is a must
- Salesforce Ecosystem knowledge is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (CC B2C, CCB2C, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).
Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) is highly valued.
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Written and spoken English and a proficient understanding of written and spoken Spanish are a must
