Job Summary:


  • You will be responsible for:
    • Leading the Salesforce Business Analyst team who are responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications.

    • Defining team priorities in order to guarantee Salesforce delivery between different projects.

    • Working closely with internal teams (TA, TLs, Devs, QA, PMs) and clients team to ensure Salesforce Implementation with our customers.

    • Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes, and functionalities, following best practices.

    • Identify areas for process improvements.

    • Ensure best practices and agile methodology.


Background & Technical Skills:


  • +5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and at least +3 years of experience leading teams.

  • +4 years of experience in Salesforce Implementations

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge is a must

  • Salesforce Ecosystem knowledge is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (CC B2C, CCB2C, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).

  • Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) is highly valued.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Written and spoken English and a proficient understanding of written and spoken Spanish are a must
