Job Summary:


  • You will be responsible for:
    • Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring the successful execution of QA strategies and test plans across multiple Salesforce projects.

    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

    • Define and implement QA best practices, automation strategies, and continuous testing processes.

    • Oversee test case creation, execution, and automation, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional testing.

    • Lead the design and execution of both manual and automated test scripts.

    • Conduct regular test result reviews and drive defect management processes, ensuring issues are resolved before delivery.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the QA process.

    • Identify areas for process improvements.

    • Ensure best practices and agile methodology.


Background & Technical Skills:


  • +5 years' experience working as a Quality Assurance and at least +3 years of experience leading teams.

  • Design and development work in QA management systems and tools.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementations and QA automation frameworks.

  • Involvement in the overall review and execution of manual and automated testing plans and procedures.

  • Analysis of requirements and creation of test plans, test cases and test documentation.

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge is a must.

  • Salesforce Ecosystem knowledge is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (CC B2C, CCB2C, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud).

  • Jira + Confluence + XRay/Zephyr experience or working knowledge of similar tools

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
