Job Summary:

As the Salesforce UX/UI Lead, you will be responsible for defining the user experience strategy for B2C and B2B ecommerce sites, with a special focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

You will lead a cross-functional team to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that maximize conversion and user satisfaction.

Additionally, you will manage the evolution of the design system and oversee the implementation of solutions in collaboration with engineers and product managers.

This role requires a blend of strategic, technical, and leadership skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on user research and competitive analysis.


  • Lead the creation of UX/UI solutions for B2C and B2B projects on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring a user-centered approach aligned with business goals.

  • Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final optimized designs for ecommerce platforms.

  • Guide user research and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Make strategic decisions about new features, functions, and system enhancements.

  • Direct the evolution and maintenance of the Design System, including style guides and design tools for marketing.

  • Ensure the proper implementation of designs, working closely with product and development teams.

  • Present design proposals to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.


Background & Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, focusing on ecommerce and B2C/B2B projects, ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Proven experience in UX research and product strategy, with a user-centered approach.

  • Extensive knowledge of usability principles and advanced design techniques to maximize user experience on ecommerce sites.

  • Proficiency in Figma and other common UX/UI tools, covering all design phases: wireframing, prototyping, testing, and documentation.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user data into effective design decisions.

  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead high-impact projects.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
