Job Summary:
You will be responsible for analyzing various business requirements and administering them accordingly.
You will be responsible for surveying business requirements and helping the technical team in translating to technical requirements.
You will be responsible for comparing business requirements to SFCC (and integrations) features and capabilities.
You will be responsible for support in backlog alignment, prioritization and follow-up with project managers, developers and engineers.
Background & Technical Skills:
+5 years' experience in similar positions.
BA/Product roles within technology teams focused on timely delivery and strong synergy among work squads
Involvement in the overall review and execution of data gathering and documentation
Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge is a must
Salesforce Ecosystem knowledge is a plus
Working in Agile squads with a team of business analysts, developers, engineers and tech leads
Jira + Confluence experience or working knowledge of similar tools
Skills:
Written and spoken English and a proficient understanding of written and spoken Spanish are a must
Have strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Ability to reach a deep understanding of others’ points of view and to create consensus to push projects forward
