Key Responsibilities:

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on client products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the English language
