Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Power Query.

Contact Center Background (Preferred):
- Familiarity with contact center metrics (e.g., AHT, SLA, CSAT, FCR).
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data from contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or NICE).
- Understanding workforce management and scheduling data.
- Ability to create real-time dashboards for call center KPIs.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business intelligence and analytics.
- Handling end-to-end Power BI projects.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
