HR Specialist (Tamheer)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with department managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, the HR Specialist will handle onboarding duties to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
• Contribute to HR projects, including training and development programs, performance reviews, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
