EL1 Salesforce Technical Lead

 Job Description:

Essential criteria

1. Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns, in building and working with integration design patterns (example REST APIs, Platform Events). Experience on design, develop and refactor of Salesforce Apex Enterprise Frameworks such as fflib, at4dx, trigger framework, error logging frameworks: Selector, Domain, UnitOfWork, ApexMock etc. Working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development.

2. Experience in Salesforce platform technologies such as Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs as well as Vlocity package/Omnistudio platform using Ominiscripts, Flexcards, Integration procedure and DataRaptors.

3. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations.

4. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain) are highly desirable.

5. Experience in helping build team capability, establishing/refining and influencing processes/practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Desirable criteria

1. Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development.

2. Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.

3. Demonstrable experience successfully implementing minimum 5+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology.

4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
