Overview

The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide an experienced Aurion Cloud Technical Consultant, with specialist skills and experience in the Talent Suite module.

As part of Treasurys 2023-24 ICT Digital and Cyber Security Investment program, the Enterprise Systems Uplift project is required to uplift the current on-prem recruitment system to a cloud-based platform. The project has engaged with Aurion Corp to implement the Aurion Talent Suite to enable the Recruitment and Onboarding modules in the Cloud. The project is in the early stages of analysis, aiming to transition the current recruitment system to Aurion by end of FY23-24.

Technical Capability

The successful candidate will have 3+ years demonstrated experience and understanding of the Aurion system and have specialised technical expertise in the Aurion Talent Suite, specifically the Recruitment and Onboarding modules. The candidate will assist in delivering business initiatives to deploy a new recruitment system into the Treasury environment. The candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the Treasury environment by engaging with key business users and stakeholders from various levels.

The successful candidate will have proven and demonstrated consultancy experience in the Aurion Talent suite, including Recruitment and Onboarding. Experience in the Aurion Payroll module is highly desirable.
