Statement of Work

  • Assist project leads on all project management activities, from planning to execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Documenting and monitoring project scope and technical parameters of projects within the team.
  • Contribute to project plans, including timelines, budgets and resources as required.
  • Liaising with other project resources (including staff, contractors and third parties) across the organization to assist in completing deliverables.
  • Being a champion for existing project delivery methodology and governance to ensure the project achieves key KPIs.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare, collate, and compile artefacts (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, diagrams, plans) as evidence of project activities.
  • Assist in the coordination for overlap between BAU and project resource allocation.

Essential Criteria

1. Minimum 3 years experience with project coordination. Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum & SAFe

2. Experience with administration of ICT projects. Understanding of ITSM principals.

3. Ability to work collaboratively and operate autonomously in a small team environment. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated planning, organisational, and change management skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
