Senior ServiceNow Administrator Citizen

 Job Description:

Australian Citizens residing in Australia with Baseline Clearance only respond.

1. 3+ years experience administering the ServiceNow platform

2. Practical knowledge and experience with ServiceNow concepts and tools, including but not limited to knowledge management, flow designer, service bridge and notifications.

3. Knowledge of ITSM principles

4. High order troubleshooting and incident resolution in a ServiceNow context.

5. Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels

Desirable criteria

1. Knowledge / experience with the ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP) Good knowledge of development and security best practices when delivering ICT solutions. Experience / awareness of accessibility requirements and current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Ability to work in a fast paced, agile, environment.
