Formal information and communications technology qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution, certification body or demonstrated skills and experience in project management and recent delivery of complex ICT projects.

Demonstrated experience managing, planning and executing Information and Communications Technology projects, or components of major ICT programs.

Demonstrated understanding and accreditation of Prince2 and Projects In Controlled Environment (version 2) methodology.

Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating procurement activities in a government environment.

Demonstrated experience in implementing enterprise wide ICT solutions.

Demonstrated experience in delivery of information/records management solutions and/or digital records transition activities.

Ability to deliver

Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting, presentation and consultation and the ability to negotiate and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to adhere to AFP standards and practices.
