Project Manager FIC team lead

 Job Description:

Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance residing in Australia only respond 

Brisbane is primary location, Canberra staff considered.

Lead and support the development of Integrated Logistic Support Plan, Initial Training Concepts, Learning Management Package, Training Plans, Common Equipment Lists, Data Item Description reviews and Mandated System Reviews. FIC Team Lead services include, but are not limited to:

Effective management of the Small Uncrewed Aerial System (SUAS) FIC team members;
Effective management of the eight FIC elements (Personnel, Organisation, Collective Training,Facilities and Training Areas, Supplies, Major Systems, Command and Management and Support), including specific advice on FIC issues that will enable the successful delivery of SUAS projects;
Effective stakeholder engagement between the project offices, the SUAS program, Army Aviation Command and other external stakeholders.
Collaboration with and clear communication of FIC risks, issues and opportunities to SUAS project managers and the Smalls Team Lead.
Contribution to effective contract management of the SUAS contracts.
Development and delivery of training artefacts for SUAS projects.
Contribute to a positive working environment and culture, including acquitting WH&S duties,which may include First Aid duties.
Desirable Criteria: UAS experience, Defence experiences, a logistics and/or workforce background, tertiary qualification in a related field
