OR Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing the following monitoring solutions: SCOM, OEM, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Splunk and ITSI.30%

4. Proven ability to complete documentation to a high standard and communicate effectively with key technical stakeholders and customers.20%
