Role Description

The Supplier Personnel must provide the following Services:

• Pilot Management
• Project planning and execution (e.g. planning for LXP to replace Campus)
• Change Requests (as required)
• Defect/issue coordination
• Tier 2 support
• Owns and maintains a project/pilot risk register
• Stakeholder and internal staff communication
• CIOG Engagement
• Vendor engagement
• Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
• Other tasks as directed
