This role offers remote support 

• 5+ years' experience in supporting complex storage infrastructure, with design and project experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrable experience partitioning and tuning storage arrays to meet performance and availability requirements.
• Broad technical understanding of the following technologies, including but not limited to
• Storage Area Networks.
• VMware (and VSAN).
• Software Defined Data Centres (SDDC).
• HP Primera and/or Alletra.
• Expert knowledge in engineering and maintaining enterprise backup solutions.
• Demonstrable experience working with RPO and RTO requirements.
• Strong understanding of implementing operational and security monitoring of storage systems.
• Prior experience architecting storage solutions to meet strict HA, DR and BCP requirements.
• Expert skills in diagnosing and solving complex problems

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in highly secure domains.

• Automating the delivery and maintenance of storage infrastructure.

• A working knowledge of 3rd party automation tools including VMWare vRA and Ansible.

• Experience in administration and management of cloud environments, such as AWS.

• Prior experience working with S3 based services such as Scality Artesca, Min.IO and AWS S3.
• Prior experience working with Commvault at scale.
• Experience working with VSAN encryption using Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
