Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance previous defence exp preferred. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Project Management methodologies and delivery (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Delivery Management).
• Experience in delivering large, complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working to Defence industry standards and legislation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas.

• Experience in commercial activities including managing budgets, developing proposals, and delivering commercial value to clients.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high- performing teams with a strong technical background managing engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts and procurement and/or contract management functional knowledge, including working knowledge of complex programs such as ASDEFCON.
• SEA2273 Minerva experience would be highly regarded.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience working with SPOs and familiarity of the processes involved in delivering capability to Navy.
• A qualified practitioner with specific qualifications or industry training (Bachelors or above) or relevant industry experience of more than 10 years.
