The Specified Personnel must, at a minimum, demonstrate:

• Considerable experience and/or relevant qualifications in the Enterprise Architecture space, with proven ability to translate and present complex technical information and concepts to non-ICT senior management and executives
• Experience in the development and communication of architecture standards, principles, polices, strategies and blueprints, and other architectural artefacts
• Experience in the development of high-quality conceptual diagrams, solutions architectures, business architectures and technology strategies
• Experience in interpreting, understanding and communicating business operations, processes, services, functions, and capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver results against tight timelines and with minimal supervision
• Practical understanding and experience with the implementation and use of TOGAF, PRINCE2, and ITIL methodologies and frameworks.
