The NBA requires the services of a Developer to assist in various projects across the NBAs ICT modernisation strategy. The Developer must have at minimum 5-10 years experience in providing developer services and professional competency in C#, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, .NET, MVC, MS SQL Server, REST, SOAP. It is desirable the Developer can provide services in Angular, Cordova, DevOps, JIRA, Kendo Controls, SSRS, SSIS, PowerShell.

Essential Criteria

1. The candidates demonstrated minimum 5-10 years experience in providing developer services and professional competency in C#, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, .NET, MVC, MS SQL Server, REST, SOAP

2. The extent to which the candidate can adhere to Agile software development practices and processes.

3. The candidates demonstrated ability to design and develop effective software solutions to meet business needs and provide recommendation for continues improvements.

4. The candidates demonstrated ability to perform analysis, maintenance and remediation of existing systems while contributing to automation where appropriate.

5. The candidates demonstrated ability to contribute to the integration of software across multiple platforms and environments in the National Health Sector
